"blub....."
You seem to have stumbled across a dusty old well in a gloomy corner of the town square that no one ever seemed to visit. It was dark and stale-
"BLUB BLUB!!"
Wait, it isn't a well? Oh, it looks like it wasn't a well, but instead an old Fountain. An odd Bay with a fish tank over it's head paced back and forth with a hose seeming to be spraying the fountain. Perhaps to clean it?
"blub. blub blub."
When he spotted you, he gestured to you over. This was his home, a moss and dust covered fountain that had lost it's former glory. He had been trying his hardest to clean it, but to no avail was he able to keep it clean after it was abandoned.
"blub, blub!"
He seemed really happy that at long last, another Bay has visited this sad and lonely part of town. Maybe there will be the chance he can finally save his home and restore this part of town to the same days it once lived through.
"blub?"
He tells you the fountain is full of hidden and lost secrets and magic trapped in the fountain. He asks for your help to assist him in restoring the fountain and the magic to the corner of town. Perhaps restoring can finally free those trapped inside.
"....."
He stares disappointingly at the narrator.
